Increase of production capacity and enhance of export potential of "Fox Laser" Ltd. by purchasing a high-tech Lasertube System

The subject of this project proposal is the pursuit of "Fox Laser" Ltd. to increase the current productivity`s potential through diversification of the production processes by creating an opportunity for 2D and 3D laser processing of tubes and profiles. The implementation of the laser machine would lead to an increase of production capacity and improvement of the manufacturing process by reducing costs and optimizing the production chain, respectively - there would be increase of added value and achievement of higher labor productivity. All this would lead to cumulative effects of enhanced competitiveness and improved market presence, creating a potential for export and its realization, and would also raise revenues and profitability of the company. The main activities are: - improvement of production processes; - diversification of the range of products and services; - implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process; The expected results of the implemented project activities and purchased new Lasertube System for 2D/3D laser tube and profiles cutting are: - new waste-free manufacturing process to be launched due to laser cutting of tubes and profiles - Increased productivity; - Effective and efficient use of production resources (human capital, natural resources and technology); - Improved production process and increased production capacity through investing in fixed assets; - Diversification of activities by variegation the range of services offered - Placement of production in the international market; The achievement of the results described above, would ensure the sustainability of the investment in a great extent while it fully meets the objectives of the Operational Program concerning proportion between the costs and benefits expected.
