Implementation of new technologies for improvement of the resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process of "LINK" Ltd.

"LINK" Ltd. was founded in 1991 in Stara Zagora. We are specialized in designing, manufacturing and installation of aluminum and plastic windows. LINK works with profiles of the Greek company ALUMIL, German ALUPLAST, Bulgarian PROFILINK and own brand LINK produced by cascading under an Austrian license from HAMMER In order to meet the needs of our customers LINK expanded its production services. Today the company has its own production facility for aluminum and plastic (PVC) windows, glass, glass windows, curtain walls, aluminum railings, exterior shutters and more. The project "IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS resources into the production process" LINK "LTD" will contribute to the process of production of aluminum and PVC windows and glass as follows: The project provides a number of activities related to technology and process modernization of the company. The project will be implemented new manufacturing equipment for the production - 3-axis machining center, automatic two-headed circular saw and CNC machine for cutting glass, which not only will expand and diversify the production range of enterprise and improve product quality, but also and increase productivity "LINK" LTD. As a result of the project will be put in an entirely new production system - curtain wall in the production list of "LINK" Ltd. and a number of new additional services. Implementation of the project and follows the company's strategy to expand its products, which complies fully with inquiries received from foreign customers for our production, delivery and installation of curtain walls, which will be possible with the introduction of the company in the production of 3 axis machining center.
