Increasing the competitiveness of "NTN" Ltd. through modernization of the equipment and increasing of production capacity

"NTN" Ltd. is a private company founded in 1994 in the city. Stara Zagora. Had the market with a vast range of activities. The company specializes in the processing of sheet metal (galvanized, black, METALPLAST, copper, aluminum, Aluzinc, zinc stainless), this is only a small part of the activities of the company. At the end of 2013 "NTN" Ltd. started production and certification of fans for household and industrial use. With this step, the company covers the entire range of activities necessary for the overall development of ventilation systems. We offer thermal insulation and cooling of all kinds of vessels, vats, pipes, roofing, production halls. Installation, dismantling of steel structures, sandwich panels and sheet steel. The company has two modern production bases with a total area of 2000 sq. m2. The main economic activity is according to NACE 2008, 25.99. "Manufacture of other metal products not elsewhere classified." The investment that the company realized are directed to the purchase of new machinery and technology, and to continuously improve working conditions. The project activities are aimed at increasing the production capacity of the company and subsequent increase in exports by purchasing seven new machines crucial to improving the quality of finished products, increase productivity, lower production costs, increase resource efficiency of processes and reducing the volume manual operations. In the course of the project will be delivered and put into operation: 1. Hydraulic abkantpresa; 2. 3 second shaft bending machine with electric drive; 3. Automatic line for fastening wheels for round ducts; 4. band saws; 5. Trirolkova bending machine with electric bending thick and rolled profiles; 6. Automatic production lines round ducts; 7.
