Project aim is to increase the competitiveness and production capacity of the "Laki 131" Ltd as well as to increase the potential for export, which will improve market presence of Bulgarian SMEs. At the present, the company has reached full production capacity and it is unable to accept new orders for manufacturing of details and to increase the capacity of the current production. The successful implementation of the project will enable deployment of technologies for optimization and improvement of production and technological processes, will achieve higher productivity, reducing production costs and optimizing the production chain. The main project activity is focused on delivery, installation and commissioning of modern technology and equipment for production of new products with high quality and in line with European standards and requirements. As a result, it will increase the potential for production and export of products with high added value and ensure the development of a competitive, efficient and effective production, ensuring sustainability and good economic sense for the enterprise and increase employment. By implemented new technologies the company will achieve and improve resource efficiency, increased production capacity and product quality, will improved capacity management and application of new business models and practices. Through the successful implementation of the project company will achieve the purpose of the procedure, namely "Capacity growth of SMEs' and strengthen the export potential of Bulgarian SMEs."
