Production capacity improvement in Fatum OOD

The current project proposal is aimed at purchase and commissioning of 1 five-colour offset sheetfed printing machine which will replace the old and amortized six-colour machine with perfector which age exceeds 15 years. Serious problems in the production process related to limited production capacity, poor production quality and production process efficiency will be overcome by purchasing and commissioning the new machine. The new printing machine will contribute to the increase in the production capacity with 30% because of its higher effectiveness and level of automation. It is expected that the improved production quality will enhance the spectrum of clients which in combination with the increased production capacity will lead to increase in the productivity with more than 15%. The improved quality is a factor for more serious penetration in the international markets and therefore, increase in the average export revenues as a result of the investment with more than 25%. The new machine will reduce the waste by 90% compared to the old machine which on one hand will lead to resource efficiency improvement and on the other hand – to decrease in the production costs and increase in the effectiveness of the production costs by more than 16%. That will lead to overall increase of the competitiveness of the candidate – improvement of market positions on the national and international market, increase of the revenues and therefore, opportunity for future investments and grow of the company.
