Improvement of the production capacity of "Bulged" OOD

The present project proposal aims at increasing the production capacity of “Bulged” ltd. by means of purchase of 1 specialized direct laser engraving system that will lead to improvement of Company’s production process, supplement the assortment of Company’s products, enhancement of the resource efficiency and thus creating new economic establishment in the city of Pleven where the new machine will be installed. The Engraving system will supplement the assortment of photopolymer clichés giving the opportunity to produce not only flat clichés but also sleeve clichés. The purchase and commissioning of the new machine will significantly improve the quality of Bulged’s clichés while improving the resource efficiency through considerable reduction of the scrap in clichés’ production process. The specialized direct laser engraving system allows fast 4 to 6-hour production cycle for clichés production which will help to increase significantly the company’s production capacity with more than 42%, all other things being equal. The supplemented assortment with sleeve clichés, the improved product quality and efficiency of the production processes are prerequisites for foreign markets penetration, increase in the production capacity, and decrease in production costs and increase in both revenues and profits. Company’s productivity is expected to increase with more than 17% following project implementation, the average generated export revenues as a result of the investment to increase with more than 25% and the production expenses efficiency to improve by more than 10%.
