Increasing the production capacity and export potential of Charlton Ltd.

History and main activity Company Charlton Ltd. was established in 2007. It spezialized in production of electric welded mesh of standard and custom sizes. Activities It is planned to be completed three activities: 1. Activitiy to improve production processes. 2. Activity to diversify the range of products and services to businesses and 3. Activity to introduce new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The project activities are investments in tangible and intangible assets related to the purchase and introducing into operation of the automated machine ror barbed wire. It will be a call to a public call for the selection of a supplier of machinery in accordance with Decree 118/2014. Results The project will achieve the following direct outcomes: 1. The contractor selected and signed contract with one supplier. 2. Increase the production capacity by 200% in the first year after implementation of the project. 3. modernization of existing equipment by purchasing and implementation of 1 pc. automatic machine for barbed wire. 4. Creation of sustainable job for one operator of the new machine. 5. Diversifying the range of manufactured products with the introduction of product by barbed wire. 6. Realized investment project in support of business, entrepreneurship and created investment for 482 000 BGN. 7. Implemented 1 project with activities to improve resource efficiency. 8. Reported one project with technical and financial reports. The positive effects of the project on development of the company are: - Achieved an internal rate of return of 893,50 %. - Increased productivity with 60,86 %. - Increased the average revenue generated from exports as a result of the investment project with 25,65 %. - Increased the efficiency of production costs with 16,29%. - Increased the net revenues from sales of products with 206,50%.
