Improving the Production Capacity of MIBU 17 Ltd.

"MIBU 17" Ltd. being the only producer of prestressed concrete poles (by its own protected utility model) for vineyards in Bulgaria, is challenged to meet the incresing market demand volumes including the international market, having insufficient production capacity. This determines the objectives of the project: - Increasing our production capacity; - Increasing our export potential. To achieve the objectives laid down following activities: 1. ACTIVITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES (by purchasing 1 piece. Production Line for prestressed concrete poles) and 2. ACTIVITIES FOR INTRODUCTION OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF RESOURCE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS (by purchasing 1 pc. Production Line for prestressed concrete poles). These activities will be performed in our existing facility in. Kableshkovo Burgas province, therefore the planned project activities fall within the category: Investments in tangible assets related to the extension of the capacity of an existing establishment. The main results of the project will be: - Production capacity of "MIBU 17" Ltd. for concrete poles will be increased with 200%. - Increased export potential of the enterprise as a result of expanded capacity and improved quality of production to meet demand. - Improved resource efficiency by reducing the use of raw materials, which will be a contribution to environmental protection. Within three years after implementation, the project will have the following effects: - Productivity will grow by an average of 15.07% compared to that of 2014 .; - Average revenue generated from exports to investment in the project will increase an average of 33.29%; - increased efficiency of production costs by an average of 16.38% compared to that of 2014 .; - External rate of return on investment will be 382.34%.
