Introduction of new technologies to increase production capacity and increase export of "Signal " Ltd

Company "Signal" Ltd was established in 1989 and is among the first private companies in Bulgaria. In his more than 26 years of development "SIGNAL" Ltd. has established itself as the largest enterprise for production of textile labels on the Bulgarian market. Applied by the company's investment programs in the direction of technological modernization and optimization of its processes provide new opportunities for development to reach its current position as a leader in the production of textile labels on the Bulgarian market. The share of revenues for 2014. customers outside the country amounted to 39%, and the countries where "Signal" Ltd exports its products are the United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Estonia, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Romania, the Netherlands, France, Morocco, Cyprus, Poland, Finland Macedonia, Poland. The marketing strategy of the company is aimed at increasing production volumes for export. More and more European companies are willing to work with us, but we refuse large orders due to the filled capacity of the company. On the other hand foreign clients have more requirements for product quality, which we can not achieve with existing machinery and equipment. This project is linked to addressing these constraints and plans to be implemented the following activities as a measure to increase the competitiveness of the company: 1 / Action to improve production processes. 2 / Action for adding new features and improving existing products. 3 / Action for the implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The expected economic impact of the implementation of project activities is:  Increased productivity of the company with 15.23%;  Increased export revenues by 42.5% to  Increasing the effectiveness of the company and with 16.14 percent.
