Increasing the production capacity of "Dzhodi-1" Ltd. and expanding export markets

The company "Dzhodi-1" Ltd. was established in 2010 in Slivem. The company’s main activity is the production of trousers. "Dzhodi-1" Ltd. started work as a subcontractor for Bulgarian companies that fulfill orders for big international companies. Today Dzhodi-1 Ltd. exports 70% of its production to the European market (Germany, Italy and France) and just 30% on the national market. What indicates the company’s dynamic development since its creation is the growth in revenues – from BGN 108 000 in 2010 to BGN 2 984 000 in 2014. (28-fold growth). "Dzhodi-1" Ltd.’s main clients are international companies such as "Camp;A", "Guess", "Esprit" and "Peek amp; Cloppenburg", which are recognized quality symbols. Such contracting authorities often set requirements regarding the production equipment and quality of production. It is exactly the high requirements regarding the production quality and the short deadlines for order fulfillment that create the need of modernization of the equipment and increasing the production capacity in order to improve the quality of the clothes offered on the international market and attract new customers. The implementation of the activities envisages in this project proposal will lead to the following results: -improving the quality of the products; -diversifying the product range by producing a new type of trousers; -increasing production capacity by 12%; -shortening the time for order fulfillment; -opportunities for entering new export markets and reinforcing existing market positions; -extending the company’s client portfolio by attracting new international contracting authorities -optimization of the production process -equipment modernization The overall effect of the investment will ensure the successful development of "Dzhodi-1" Ltd. on the European and global markets.
