Increasing productivity of Valinor Ltd. by purchasing high-performance equipment.

This project proposal envisages the realization of the activities of purchase of high-performance equipment, through which aims to increase productivity and production capacity of Valinor Ltd. Through these investments, the company plans to increase its production capacity by purchasing 8 machines to be implemented and installed within Carpenter unit: five-axis lathe with CNC, router with CNC control, boron-machine, vacuum membrane press, cutter machine, combined belt-sander, band saw and provide an aspiration system for collection of chips, so that all the above mentioned machines to work properly in the production area in accordance with the norms of dust. Part of the activities within the project proposal are modernization and investment for higher efficiency of the Sewing unit of Valinor Ltd., through the purchase of 3 pices single-needle sewing machine with integrated direct drive; Bottle single-needle sewing machine; Rights single-needle sewing machine with extended arm and automatic embroidery machine quilting and CNC modeling software embroidery and broaches. In line with the increase in production capacity of the company and the expected higher production volumes, determined the need for investment in more powerful high-efficiency compressor system for the needs of auto Upholstery unit of the company, which mediates the completion of the production generated by the above and woodworking and sewing machines. The perceived need of investments shown in the project proposal, to provide the most modern technological equipment is determined by the company poses to their future development objectives towards increasing the volumes produced modules sofas, which will increase the export potential of the enterprise. To this project proposal are provided activities: development and design of materials to ensure publicity of the received funding.
