The company was founded in 1991 as ET Bogdanov, and in 1994 was re-registered as TEHNOLES LTD. We produce band saw blades, circular and gang saws, knives planer machines, cutting ribbons, machinery for maintenance, service and welding of Blades. Our products are intended mainly for wood and furniture industry. In production we use strip mill from leading manufacturers - Böhler-Uddeholm, Sandwik, ThyssenKrup. The subject of this project proposal is an investment in fixed assets asset - Disk-erosion sharpening machine, which will be the first one in Bulgaria. The machine uses a new, resource efficient technology that is characterized by low power consumption, high performance and extremly low waste. Its implementation in production will provide us the opportunity to diversify the range of products produced by adding tools with diamond insertion. The machine will be able to provide also repair and maintenance of tools, which is a serious problem for companies working with such instruments in Bulgaria. At present, this activity is carried out abroad, making it difficult and preventing their use by Bulgarian enterprises. Meanwhile, global trends suggest that it is these tools are the future in the field of wood processing and furniture production. During implementation of the project proposal we will realize also management activities of the project, selection of contractors, delivery of assets, visualization, final reporting. The expected impact of the investment is by the introduction of this new technology for Bulgaria our company to achieve a competitive advantage over other companies in the industry, while enhancing productivity, expand production and increase export potential, as steps in implementing the medium-term and long-term development strategy company. The economic results of the project will be measured and reported to underlying indicatrs.
