Investments for sustainability and growth of Maneva-Tomik Ltd.

MANEVA-TOMIK Ltd. is a modern company with its own production facilities covering 3760 sq.m, and located in the city of Pleven. Since it was established, the company has operated in the clothing industry – the production of men’s and women’s clothing (overcoats and outerwear). It has 4 textile technological lines, and works mostly with clients’ materials (concession orders). The products are mostly intended for export to the European Union. For 10 years, the company has had its own brand, SCARABEY. The overall objective that MANEVA-TOMIK Ltd. has set for this project is to improve its production capacity and export potential, hence its overall competitiveness. The estimated specific results from the project implementation include: + 18% increase of the production capacity in the year after the project’s completion and 20% in the following three years; + Increase of the productivity per labour unit with more than 15% over the three years after the project implementation; + Increase of the income from export with more than 26% in the three years following the project implementation; + 17% improvement of the efficiency of the production costs over the three years after the project completion; + Shortening order fulfillment deadlines by 10% on average; + Cutting production costs by up to 15%; + 10% reduction of the production’s value; + Reducing scrap volumes by over 15%; + Optimizing the overall production process; + Possibility for taking on more and more complex orders; + Possibility for commencing export to other EU countries; + Improving the quality of all types of products by commissioning modern high-tech equipment that will dramatically reduce the risk of scrap and non-compliance with clients’ assignments; + Diversifying the range of products and services with two product categories: “classic men’s jackets” and “boutique women’s outerwear – various models”;
