The enhancement of the production capacity of Nova- Borislav Borissov

The main business activity of the company is the production of lids for jars type Omnia and Twist-off, and their implementation in the country and abroad. The subject of this project proposal is the purchase of a complete production line for Twist off caps consisting of: • Sheet feed press (without punching tool) - 1 pc. • Transmission plastic chain board - 1 pc. • Lug cap combiner and liner machine - 1 pc. • Transmission conveyor - 1 pc. • Vision inspection system - 1 pc. • Drying oven - 1 pc. • Auto counting system - 1 pc. • Punching tool for the production of blanks caps "Twist off" - 1 pc. The need to buy the machines is dictated by the desire of the company to resolve serious problems directly associated with the production process in the enterprise, namely: - Outdated equipment, inconsistent with the requirements of the market, which creates a problem with the quality of the finished products and limited its realization; - Big energy and maintenance costs also due to outdated equipment used; - High costs of manual labor in the absence of more precise and reliable machines, covering the main production cycle; - Need to optimize production by purchasing more precision equipment; - Need to expand production capacity, opening and expanding new markets; The expected results of the implementation of this investment project for the company are expanding production capacity, reduce production costs and production costs, shortening the process of completing products, increasing the quality of production, reduce energy costs with a positive effect on environmental protection reducing the additional manual processing of detail and expanding the market positions of the company.
