Increasing the production capacity of Slantcho JSC

1979 "Slancho" AD is a manufacturer of children's cereal-based porridges, wheat and cereal food. In 2012 the company expanded its portfolio of baby foods with the production of child puree in the following varieties - fruit, vegetable, meat, vegetables, desserts and cereals. All products are manufactured from carefully selected raw materials, in strict compliance with good manufacturing practices and successfully implemented principles of ISO 9001: 2008 and HACCP. In July 2014. System for quality management is successfully certified to the international standard FSSC 22000: including both ISO 22000: 2005 and ISO / TS 22002-1: 2009. The team of "Slantcho" has the ambition to develop and manufacture products according to European trends and standards and continuously monitors the clients' satisfaction. At present, however, large part of the existing equipment is outdated, inefficient and with insufficient capacity. To be able to offer its products to the foreign markets and to expand its market share, the company must ensure that all requirements for production and technological capacity, and in the same time to abide to all standards of quality and safety of products. In this regard, after the audited processes, have been outlined for purchase machinery and equipment, which will enable an increase in production capacity, improvement of the quality and product diversification, and will contribute to achieve more efficient production and better profitability of the company. The main goal is through the implementation of project activities, the company to achieve better competitiveness and to enter the international markets with quality products at good prices. Tangible effect of the introduction of the new technologies will also have at the domestic market, where competition from Bulgarian and international brands is growing and the companies need to continuously expand, improve and diversify their range of products.
