Enhancing the production capacity and export potential of SKY MONT Ltd , town of Haskovo

SKY MONT Ltd was established back in 1999 with field of activity- processing of metals and production of metal elements and structures. The company specializes in the production of conventional metal structures, non-standard components and specialized equipment. The production facilities of the Company are located in the town of Haskovo, on 30 000 square meters of production floor space, equipped with four gantry (16-tonne) cranes, 5 overhead (5 tonne) cranes, a sandblasting and a paint chamber. In the recent years, the Company's highest share in revenues from sales form the revenues from the manufacturing of custom-designed non-standard equipment and by specifications to meet the needs of large industrial companies in the energy, chemical, oil, mining industries, as well as others. In order to be competitive with other companies, working in this branch of industry, SKY MONT LTD has to meet the expectations of customers with regard to the availability of process capacity, so as to take large volumes of orders at short deadlines and guaranteed high quality of the final product. This project is intended to solve one of the main issues of the company: insufficient process capacity, resulting from obsolete and inefficient equipment. The project includes measures for improvement of the production processes, enhancing the quality of the end products, improving cost efficiency by introducing new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. It is also projected to invest in material assets, by purchasing the following material assets: CNC lathe, CNC two-column milling centre and a mobile welding column. The equipment to be purchased will help reduce manual labour, as well as external services and will also optimize the work flow by reducing the time to manufacture products.With the commissioning of the new equipment, SKY MONT LTD will keep its ability to produce quality products, guaranteed by certificate EN ISO 9001: 2008.
