BTA PRINT SA was registered in 2005 and is focused on the production of stationery from paper and cardboard. The company also performs printing services, with specialization in finishing and bookbinding works and also maintenance of printing machines and equipment. As a result of regular and consistent investments in modern production technologies and innovative materials, currently BTA is referred as efficient, reliable and competent business partner. Company production portfolio can be split in these main categories: - Products from cardboard and / or paper (envelopes, postcards, notebooks, albums, etc.). - Printed promotional materials, non-periodical publications, books, brochures, calendars and more. Both categories of products are designed by experts who perform graphical design and prepress (for all products) and industrial design (for products of paper and cardboard) of the devices. Copyright element in design and layout brings higher added value of products and makes them artifacts of creative industry. Main directions in the development of the company are constantly improvement of quality of finished goods and of production processes. Main strategic goals are expansion on current local market and entrance into international one. Main objective of the current project is to support the achievement of these goals - to expand production capacity and increase export potential of the company. This will be achieved through the implementation of: 1. Improvement of production processes. 2. Improving resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Activities will be implemented through the purchase of a production line for specific bookbinding products. The expected results are to increase the capacity of the main business entity of the company; to realize sustainable export; to increase cost efficiency and raw materials usage to optimize productivity.
