ALLIANCE PRINT Ltd. was established in 2001. Its main business activity is the production of stationery from paper and cardboard. The company performs also printing works, with specialization in production of books, non-periodicals and advertising materials. In 2014 there was a limited volume of newspaper editions. Product portfolio comprises two main categories: - Stationery made of cardboard and/or paper - Printed promotional materials, non-periodical editions, books, brochures, calendars, newspapers, etc. Both categories of products are designed by professionals who perform graphical design, prepress and industrial design. Copyright element in design and layout brings higher added value and makes the products artifacts of creative industry. The company is focused on expanding its market positions, and to gain competitive advantage in its main segment, including on international level. Current project is structured with the aspect to increase production capacity and also increase export potential. These strategic goals will be achieved by: 1 Improvement of production processes 2 Improvement of resource efficiency and effectiveness The company's focus is to expand its market position and to gain competitive advantages of the company's main market for stationery, paper, cardboard, including internationally. The project objectives will be realized through the implementation of activities: 1 Improvement of production processes 2 Improving resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process Implementation of the project will be the substitution of current old-generation folding-gluing machine ESCOMAT D25 (produced 1981) with a new multi-purpose line for folding, gluing, laminating, cutting and implying with a capacity of 130 m/min. The expected results are to increase the capacity of the main business object of the company to realize sustainable export to increase cost efficiency and invested in production resources to optimize productivity.
