Improving the production capacity of COMFORT PARTNERS by optimizing production processes

Comfort Partners specializes in complex design, manufacture, supply and installation of PVC and aluminum windows, metal structures, interior and exterior railings, blinds, construction works. In recent years the company has emerged as a preferred partner for a number of Bulgarian investors and foreign customers. The main problem and restriction faced by the company in its development is a limit production capacity. This due to the outdated technology for cutting and processing of parts and components and final assembly. The target group of the project are the management of the company and its staff. The general objective of the project proposal aimed at creating long-term competitive advantages and increase the volume of export sales of Comfort Partners. This will be achieved through the following specific objective: 1) Process optimization through the purchase of modern technological equipment 2) Improving the production capacity by improving the productivity 3) Optimize production costs by introducing new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness This will be achieved through the delivery of advanced technological equipment: a machining center with five axes and a single head cutting off machine. Expected results: - Increased production capacity - Introduced new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process.
