"Competitive by improving productive capacity in "ECON-91" Ltd."

"ECON-91" Ltd. was established in 1996 and operates in two production lines / C20.30 and C31.03 /on two production sites: Ruse - Manufacture of paints, varnishes and painting materials - paints, plasters, primers for all surfaces, varnishes and lacquers for wood, adhesives, alkyd resins, PVA dispersions; diluents and specialty products. Byala - Manufacture of latex foam -core for mattresses, pillows and other latex foam products. "ECON-91" Ltd is the only manufacturer of latex foam products, not only for Bulgaria but also in Eastern Europe. The plants with this kind of production are less than 15 in all the world. In Europe manufacturers of latex foam cores and latex foam products are grouped in associations: "ARTILAT"; "LATEXCO" - Belgium; "DUNLOPILLO" -France; "DUNLOPILLO" -Germany; "GOMMAGOMMA" ITALY; "LATEXCO Espana"-Spain; USA - "LATEX INTERNATIONAL". The activities to be implemented under this project proposal are to improve the manufacturing processes and diversifying the range of products in the "Production of foam-latex products." Investments in fixed assets for the implementation of the activities are for the purchase of: 1. Mixers for the production of foam-latex products with a capacity of up to 1500 kg / h with a set of lively matrix covering a maximum principal dimensions to produce various foam-latex products. 2.Mill type "Basket" batch grinding the components of the liquid latex The expected results of the implementation of the project activities are: Increasing the production capacity Increasing the sales revenue Reducing the production cost of the products Increasing the added value of products Expanding the domestic and external markets. In the long term, the realization of the project proposal will lead to the achievement of sustainable and lasting growth of "ECON-91" Ltd. through continuous improvement of its competitiveness.
