Improving production capacity in enterprise "Heli 2001" Ltd.

With the implementation of this project proposal will be purchased equipment for dessert rolls and pastries, which will be located in the existing factory in Rakevo village. The main economic activity of the applicant is marked with code 10.72 " Manufacture of rusks, biscuits and dry pastries", because 99% of net sales are generated from selling dry pastries. The new equipment purchased through the project will contribute the enterprise to achieve expanding of the product range, because the new products (dry pastries and dessert rolls) are in the same group of confectionery and do not represent fundamentally new products or features, because stages in the production process of these new products are very similar to those who were applied so far. The necessity of the project is related to restricted range of products produced at the moment, and the high prime cost per unit. The main purpose of the project is to improve the productive capacity of the enterprise, which will be a result of the implemented new equipment in the production process. The expected results are related to expanding the range and the customer network, realization of export revenues, reducing production costs in the enterprise and optimization of human resources. The target group are the candidate himself and his employees , who are directly connected with the results achieved in the enterprise at the moment. The main activities of the project are two - expanding the range of products and improving resource efficiency and effectiveness, as a result of the implemented new equipment.
