Ensuring competitive advantages for BG House Ltd for the improvement of the production and export capacity and enhancing the resource efficiency and effectiveness through the implementation of new effective production equipment

The execution of the project aims to improve the competitiveness of BG HOUSE LTD with establishing abilities for improvement of the production and export capacity. The enterprize faces the typical development problems of the Bulgarian SMEs,including high production costs, obsolete equipment and technologies, insufficient production capacity and quality of the manufactured products. There are certain limitations regarding the market presence and dysfunctional technologies. The project falls into the eligible target group of the procedure as it consists of activities for implementation of new machinery and equipment for enhancement of the resource effectiveness and efficency and is actually in the field of the proposed tematic areas of the Innovation Strategy for Intelligent Specialization. The achievement of the main objective, i.e. to improve the production capacity and to enhance the export potential will provide competitive advantages for BG HOUSE LTD and the expected results are improvement of the market prersence and creation of export potential for the company through the implemented machinery and equipment, achieved high productivity, diminished production costs and optimized production chains, as well as increasing the added value and active involvement on every stage of the value added chain. The presented results will be achieved as a result of the execution of activities connected with production improvement, adding new characteristics and smartening of existing products and services, presenting variety of the assrotment of products and services and implementing of new equipment for the improvement of resource effectiveness and efficency in the production through the purchase and implanting of Automative multiple disc saw - 1 pcs. Twin headed machine with automatic positioning of the size and angle of cut-1 pc. Lifting table for assembly of wooden structures-1 pc.
