Increasing the production capacity and export of standard and individualised orthopedic medical products realization at Orthoteh Ltd.

The project proposal includes assets which will improve the production process, add new product characteristics, implement resource efficiency improvement and technological efficasy technologies, which will allow the product quality to increase and new unique characteristics to be added. With the completion of this project, Orthoteh will guarantee itself offering of standard and individual orthopedic medical products with higher quality and aesthetics which would allow for achieving of competitive advantage and offering of products on the international markets; will allow clients to get complex service - diagnostics, analysis, product with a serious medical value and, in addition storage of current data and tracking the "problem" in the future. The project is oriented towards healthy way of life and sustainable development. The pledged assets: Three needle flat roof machine Programmable sewing machine coupling and decorative stitches Four needle flat lock machine Electric scissors with vertical blade Automatic cold cutting machine Console presses Allow the creation of a better design, better aesthetics, opportunity for combining of specific materials and increase of productive capacity. On the other hand, owing to: The system for express shaping of individual orthopedic insoles with the possibility of creating a database of their three-dimensional images; The system for three-dimensional scan of soles and identification of plantar load areas Milling machine for milling of individual orthopedic insoles based on a created 3D model Software for applying orthopedic corrections on three-dimensional model of the foot and 3D modeling of individual insoles Enable accurate and rapid diagnosis and sending of the generated 3D image via Internet, modeling of specific individual insoles and setting them for milling, rapid production of the final product.
