Improving the competitiveness of DIKOV 90 by increasing the production capacity and the export potential.

This project aims to overcome the main hindrances to the development of the company: Inability of increase production of products for which there is a growing demand due to low productivity of the machines and limited format, inability to meet customers' requirements in terms of large format photopolymer plates, relatively high production costs due to poor resource efficiency and effectiveness and prolonged production time. In order to counter the established hindrances, the following activities will be performed under this project with the aim to: 1. Upgrade the manufacturing processes; 2. Widen the range of products and services offered by the companies; 3. Introduce new technologies for improved resource efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing process. To that end, the following will be purchased and put into operation: 1. Washout machine with digital layer separation – 1 pc. 2. Drying station for flexo plates processing – 1 pc. 3. Device for post-exposure and light curing of flexo plates – 1 pc. 4. Exposure unit for photopolymer plates – 1 pc. The implementation of the project will result in the introduction of modern technologies which will improve the manufacturing processes, ensure availability of the technology required to widen the product range and improve resource efficiency needed to effect the planned expansion of the business. As a result, we will: Increase production capacity by 165%. Widen our product range by upping the largest format available to 1320x2032 mm. Increase production capacity by nearly 78,28% in 2019 compared to 2014. Increase the share of exports to 5.83% of the net sales in 2019. Improve labor productivity by 27.065%. Improve cost-effectiveness of production by 16.013%. The target group is the company personnel;
