Investing in high-tech equipment to improve the production capacity and competitiveness of "Dida-70" SD

Dida-70 - Valchev, Vulcheva and CO is a small company founded in 1990 in Kazanlak, with main activity "Machining of metal" (EAC 25.62). The company designs and manufactures machine parts and metal products for hydraulic motors, pumps, valves, cylinders; units and plants for automobile machines, wood processing and pharmaceutical industry; spare parts for machinery for the food industry. The company works mainly at the request of clients and tolling, but develop own innovative products, as well. It has established representation office in Mannheim, Germany. The long-term established links with contractors from Western Europe, the proven quality of workmanship of the products and attractive prices make Dida-70 SD preferred partner for many engineering companies. Annually increased volumes of orders, the company concludes contracts with new customers, develops many innovative products. The operating cycle of the company is almost continuous, but the existing machinery can not bear loads. All this requires the introduction in the production process of new capacities. Based on the existing problems and limitations, is outlines the main objective of the project - to improve production capacity and strengthen the export potential of Dida-70 SD, by investing in high-tech equipment, leading to increased competitiveness. Investment support for the purchase of 1 vertical machining center and 3 lathes will help increase production volumes by 190%, variegation of the range by 33%, increase productivity by 42%, increase cost effectiveness with 28% , reducing the cost of the devices with 34%. The project will contribute to increase the net sales of the company by an average of 38% per year. The export potential will grows double and is expected over 55% of revenues to come from export. As an added social value will reveal four new workplaces.
