Optimizing the production process and Improving the export potential of "REKARPLAST 2006"

The company "REKARPLAST 2006" Ltd. was established in 2006 with main activities - design and manufacture of curtain walls, bond sheathing, ceramic, aluminum and PVC windows, partitions, glass showcases, awnings and metal structures. The project will entail the creation and development of competitive advantages of "REKARPLAST 2006" Ltd., based on improved efficiency and effectiveness of production processes, through increased production capacity, creating conditions for export potential, diversification of the range of products and services and improvement of the resource efficiency. The project proposal is connected with the implementation of these activities and its relevant to the purchase of tangible and intangible fixed assets: - Action 1 "Improving the production process": Dual-head circular saw - 1pc., Spindle copy router - 1pc., Electrostatic coating equipment - 1pc., Compressor equipment - 1pc., Computer system - 1pc. and Software for cutting PVC and aluminum profiles - 1pc .; - Action 2 "Product diversification of products and services of the companies": Dual-head circular saw - 1pc., Spindle copy router - 1pc., Computer system - 1pc. and Software for cutting PVC and aluminum profiles - 1pc .; - Action 2 "Introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process": Dual-head circular saw - 1pc., Spindle copy router - 1pc., Computer system - 1pc. and Software for cutting PVC and aluminum profiles - 1pc .; These activities are related to the investment in tangible and intangible fixed assets in order to extend the capacity of an existing business object - "REKARPLAST 2006" LTD. For the realization of the investment is envisaged a choice of contractor for delivery and visualization of project activities /own funds/.
