Strategy for success 2015

With the development of construction, and in particular with the implementation of infrastructure projects in Bulgaria and onthe Balkan Peninsula, for small business ECOMIX Ltd. it is necessary to produce a sufficient quantity of products corresponding to the dynamic construction market. The project aims to increase the production capacity of the company and realization of export of concrete products in response to market needs for quality products.Throght the Project the Company will meet the actual demand of the market and implement activities to improve the manufacturing process by increasing its production capacity (1) will add new features to their products (2) will introduce new products (3) will realize mechatronic implementation of new technology to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process (4). The project falls within the category of "capacity expansion of existing business object" and has a term of 12 months. The project will implement its activities through the purchase and commissioning of the "CONCRETE AND HOLLOW BLOCK MAKING MACHINE" in mechatronic technology that has no analogue in Bulgaria. The estimated value of the project is 1 095 265 BGN, at 68,48 % stated grant. Results of the project are increase to ten times the capacity for the production of concrete products, introduction of three (3) new products in the product range and adding additional features of traditional products, improvements in resource efficiency and effectiveness of the process. The made detailed and realistic business plan proves the economic efficiency of the project. The project is in the field of "mehatronnika", is implemented in Bulgaria, in the south-central region, village Zhitnitsa, region Plovdiv, and will contribute to achieving sustainable development and equality and non-discrimination. The company so far has no participation in procedures OPDCBE, has the experience, financial stability and motivation to realize the project.
