Strategy for success 2015

The globalization of the world market and the opportunities that are available to the middle-sized Bulgarian enterprise BDINTEX Ltd provide horizonts for realization of more production, but also make demands for higher quality and increase its competitive advantages. The project aims to increase production capacity and enhance the export potential. Through the Project the company will meet the real demand of the market and implement activities to improve the manufacturing process by increasing its capacity (1), will add new features to their products in connection to their garantee quality (2), will implement a new mechatronic technology to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process (3). The project falls within the category of "capacity expansion of existing business object" and has a term of 12 months. The project will implement its activities through the purchase and commissioning of nine automatic machines, for sewing parts of shirts. The estimated project cost is 817624.95 BGN, at 60% stated grant. Results of the project are the increase of 30% production capacity, the enhance of export potential, the improvmet of the product quality, the improvment in resource efficiency and effectiveness of the process. The made detailed and realistic business plan proves the economic efficiency of the project. The project is in the field of "Mechatronics", implemented in Bulgaria, in North-Western region, at Vidin, includes activities contributing to sustainable development and equality and non-discrimination. The company has no participation in procedures OPDCBE. The company has the experience, financial stability and motivation to realize the project.
