"Improvement of the efficiency of the production capacity and creation of conditions for export potential of Galera 07 Ltd."

"Galera 07" Ltd. is a company specializing in the repair of vessels and metalworking operations, repair and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. The Company performs all types of hull welding repairs of vessels produces a wide variety of parts for ships, pipe work, air conditioning, ventilation. The company has a machine park with basic equipment including machine for oxy - fuel and plasma cutting CNC and welding machines for MIG MAG welding. The project will entail the creation and development of competitive advantages of "Galera 07" LTD, based on improved efficiency and effectiveness of the production processes, including through increasing the production capacity, creation of conditions for export potential, diversification of the range of products and services and improvement of the resource efficiency. The project proposal is related to the implementation of these activities and its implementation is relevant to the purchase of fixed assets: - Action 1 "Improving the production process": Hydraulic Press Brake with the sync system and graphical CNC - 1pc., Universal lathe - 1pc. and milling machine - 1pc .; - Activity 2 "Diversification of products and services offered by the company": Hydraulic Press Brake with the sync system and graphical CNC - 1pc., Universal lathe - 1pc., Milling machines - 1pc. and Inverter welding machine - 1pc.; - Activity 3 "Implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process: Hydraulic Press Brake with sync system and graphical CNC - 1pc .; These activities are related to the investment in fixed assets with the aim of expanding the capacity of an existing business object - "Galley 07" LTD. For the realization of the investment is envisaged a choice of contractor for supply and visualization of the project activities / own funds /.
