"Improving production capacity and exports of "Vanina Export " Ltd. "

"Vanina Export" JSC was established in 1996 and started its business with import and sale of tires for cars, trucks, buses, agricultural, industrial and specialized vehicles. In 1998 it opens cold retreading workshop on modern German technology and materials KRAIBURG-of Austria. Production capacity is 35 000 pcs. per year. Continuous modernization, high quality materials and substrates and the long experience of the company, do regenerate Vanina Export extremely reliable and proven in the market both in Bulgaria and in Europe. The company expanded its activities in 2014 starting its own production of wheel rims for agricultural and industrial vehicles. In addition to standard, original rims, the company has the knowledge and capacity to produce narrow rims for processing and spacing systems pairing. The company works in partnership with TITAN WHEELS- France and STARCO GS -Switzerland. The equipment in this investment proposal is intended to be used in the new production of rims, due to the fact that currently the production of the rims is done with the available machines for the production of tires. Enterprise capacity is insufficient to meet demand for products of Vanina Export Ltd. After completing the project activities the productivity will be increased by 16%, the cost price of production will be decreased by around 10%, export will be increased by 25% in the three years after completing the project. Integration of the equipment will icnrease the production capacity and the total volume of export, it will improve the energy efficiency in relation to energy consumption per unit of production, it will improve resource efficiency and will improve the production quality.
