The project proposal envisages commissioning of 1 pc. Machine for production of concrete elements for concrete elements for manholes and sewer. The project aims growth of the production capacity of the company; increase of company's performance; increase of the production efficiency; expansion of "Geoton concrete products" Ltd market positions and promotion of its export activity. The project proposal includes activity for improvement of the production process and activity for commissioning of a new technology for improvement of the resources and production efficiency. The need for the envisaged project activities is determined by the currently defined major problems: outdated and slow method of production through outdated and amortized machines; high cost of products; impaired quality of production; overruns of raw materials and materials; real risk of falling behind competitors in the industry branch. The project execution will lead to manufacturing processes' improvement; the efficiency of the production costs will be increased; product quality will be improved and cost of products will decrease; the resources efficiency of the company will grow; alternative materials will be implemented as feedstock for the production in unprecedented way. These positive trends will support the company's development and willstimulate sales on domestic and foreign markets.
