Improvement of the manufacturing capacity of Turiststroy Tsaratsovo EOOD

The project provides for the purchase and commissioning of high-tech manufacturing equipment - hydraulic bending machine with software-based control for automated cutting, bending and forming of sheet metal, which combines three production functions currently performed by different machines - sheet metal cutting, bending and molding by rollers. The machine is able alone to produce end products from steel. From manufacturing and technological perspective the introduction into operation of the of the new equipment will lead to increase of production capacity; improvement of the manufacturing processes by automating the technological process; expansion of technological capabilities for processing sheet metal in length and width; improve the quality of production; reduction of energy consumption per unit of production and an increase of the resource efficiency and effectiveness. From marketing and financial perspective the deployment of the new equipment will contribute to: reducing the cost of production; a diversification of the product range and expansion of the customer base; creating opportunity to start and gradually increase the export of goods; an increase in sales revenue and an overall increase in profitability. From environmental and resources' perspectives the new equipment will contribute to more efficient and economical use of the materials, and to an increase of the resource efficiency and effectiveness, and will also contribute to the environmental protection. With the implementation of the project will improve the company's overall activities in technological, financial, economic and resource's terms, which will lead to a lasting trend of increasing sales revenue, profit and profitability of the company, and will thus ultimately ensure a sustainable increase in competitiveness.
