Project proposal of METALIC BCP AD provides purchasing and commissioning of 1 pc. Shot blasting equipment (Drum-band) and 1 pc. Midrange induction melting system, which should lead to expanding the production capacity of the company, increasing production efficiency, improving quality, expanding its market position and boost export activity. The project includes work to improve production processes and activities for implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The activities envisaged relate to the need to optimize the company for two major processes - casting and cleaning. Commissioning of the new equipment will replace the existing generation and allow the production of ductile iron and special steel with high strength characteristics at competitive prices, which will respond to the many customer inquiries. Positive trends in the manufacturing process will assist the company's development by stimulating sales of domestic and foreign markets, as a result of the investment project is expected to increase the average revenue generated from exports around 25%.
