Improving the production capacity of STEFANY STYLE Ltd

The project proposal envisages commissioning of CNC-Processing Center type 1 - 1 pc, CNC-Processing Center type 2 - 1 pc, Aspiration system - 1 pc, CNC-Processing Center type 3 - 1 pc, CNC-Panel Machining Center - 1pc, CNC-Panel sizing centre - 1 pc. The project aims growth of the production capacity of the company; increase of company's performance; increase of the production efficiency; expansion of Stefany Style Ltd market positions and promotion of its export activity. The project proposal includes activity for improvement of the production process and activity for commissioning of a new technology for improvement of the resources and production efficiency. The need for the envisaged project activities is determined by the currently defined major problems: increased cost of products and high production costs; prolonged duration of the production process caused by the frequent need for re-manufacture of the rejected details and manual execution of some operations; insufficient speed and precision of the cutting, drilling and milling; lack of an effective system for dust removal and harmful to health waste lead out of the workshop; the mass production requisiteness of high-tech equipment with excellent performance for both precision and execution speed. The project execution will lead to manufacturing processes' improvement; the efficiency of the production costs will be increased; product quality will be improved and cost of products will decrease; the resources efficiency of the company will grow; alternative materials will be implemented as feedstock for the production in unprecedented way. These positive trends will support the company's development and willstimulate sales on domestic and foreign markets.
