Improving real production capacity and export potential of Fenix 94 LTD

The main demand for Fenix94 LTD is currently associated with the need to reinforce and increase external market position on the basis of stability. This can be achieved through investment in increasing the capacity and quality of production and expansion of product range. Equipment provided by the project is the most contemporary type and meet the RIS3 requirements of field Mechatronics and clean technologies. One-cylinder high-tech machines are part of already started a major project of the company to switch to production of a new type. Much of the equipment has already been renewed. The new machines allow for increased production capacity, efficiency and production quality. So the company will offer its clients new products referring to the global trends, quality, characteristics and conditions of delivery, guaranteeing increased sales for current and future customers.It will achieve a high level of automation and will create new jobs. The expected results of the project are: - Implementation of advanced equipment and technology to improve the manufacturing process; - Increasing exports; - Fast return on investment; - Achieving higher productivity; - Reducing production costs and optimization of the production chain; - Increasing added value. The main project activities are: - Activities to improve production processes; - Activities to add new features or improve existing products and services; - Activities to diversify the range of products and services to enterprises; - Activities for the implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Activities will be implemented through the selection of contractors, contracts for the supply, delivery, commercialization, training of personnel.
