Improving production capacity in EVROKVART Ltd.

The current project proposal is aimed at purchase and commissioning of Production line of electrostatic powder coating of metal products, including the following machines: Electrostatic Powder Coating System - 1 pc, Reciprocator System - 2 pc, Powder Coating Booth - 1 pc, - Polymerization oven - 1 pc, Conveyor - 1 pc. Through this investment of the new production line for electrostatic powder coating of metal products in the company will overcome the limitations in the limited capacity of the current line of powder coating of the produced metal parts, for celling cages, feeders and pest controls, resulting in limitations in taking new orders from existing and new customers. The limitations in the production process are caused by insufficient technology units in the powder coating production department, lack of automation process, inability to take the entire volume of output of the metalworking and cutting department. Advocated for implementation project activities are related to the codes of economic activities 25.99 - Manufacture of other metal products unqualified elsewhere. With the purchase and commissioning of the new technologies into production process will ensure automatic quality control of painted products, will double increase the capacity of painted products, will optimize the time of painting of products, which is required for the complete production process. This will positively affect the productivity of "EVROKVART" Ltd. and will increase the production capacity of the company, and increase the amount of exported products. The new machines are high-tech, automated and extremely precise, which inevitably leads to an increase in productivity with over 41% growth, in the volume of exports over 40% after 3 years of project implementation, increase the efficiency of over 16% due to improving resource efficiency.
