The present project proposal of "Lalev" Ltd will introduce high-tech machines and thereby will develop and strengthen a stable, strong, efficient and well-organized production structure. With the introduction of mechatronic machinery under the project an automation and optimization of production will be achieved and manual labor will be minimized. Conditions will be created to increase the production capacity will be increased and product assortment will be expanded. Besides expanding the domestic business, the planned investment under the project will contribute to the serious development of the export capacity of the company. There are special project activities, which will lead to improved production processes, adding new features or improve existing products and services, diversifying the range of products and services and improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process, are planned. With the introduction of new technologies is expected to significantly improve of resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process of "Lalev" Ltd., that will decrease approximately 15 tonnes of waste per year. In the project proposal are outlined the problems and constraints to enterprise development. It is described how the achievement of the objectives of the project will contribute to the development of the enterprise. After implementation of the project "Lalev" Ltd. will become a modern enterprise competitive to the all manufacturers of metal products in Bulgaria and to the majority of manufacturers of metal products in the European Union. The project will not only expand the capacity of existing production site of "Lalev" Ltd in the village Vedrare, but a new production site will be established in the town of Pleven.
