The company MEDICET TSEH LTD was founded on 06 March 2007. During the same year the company bought a well-developed company with 18 years of history in the production of baby feeding bottles and other child care accessories. Currently the company produces the following main products: • Polypropylene baby bottles - 50 ml, 130 ml and 250 ml (36,5 mm neck width); • Polypropylene accessories – caps, cups, discs, adapters, beaks, bottle handles; • Silicone and Evoprene accessories – silicone rings, nipple protector shields, silicone and Evoprene pacifiers for bottles with 36,5 mm neck width - standard, premature and orthodontic; MEDICET TSEH is the only producer of baby bottles and accessories in Bulgaria. The company is exclusively export-oriented. In 2014 more than 97% of its production was exported – mainly in England and Germany. This project will be implemented as a continuation of the policy of continuous expansion of the technological capabilities, product range and capacity of the company. The following equipment is to be purchased under the project: 1. Injection stretch-blow mould machine for the production of three types of bottles – 100 ml, 130 ml and 250 ml, accompanied by an assembly set and a compressor - 1 pc.; 2. Injection blow mould machine and an assembly set for two types of HDPE vials - 75 ml and 180 ml - 1 pc.; The integration of the equipment in the production process will lead to an increase in production capacity and the production of additional 5 million pieces of PP baby bottles and 1.8 million pieces of vials annually. Project activities include a procurement procedure (to be carried out in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidance on the Implementation of Grant Contracts financed under Operational Program “Innovations and Competitiveness” 2014), delivery, installation and commissioning of the machines. Total value of the investment is BGN 1,684,638.52, VAT excluded. Planned project duration is 18 months.
