"Fusion PLASTICS" Ltd. is specialized in production of plastic components for furniture .The main activity of the company is concentrated in one product direction: - "Production of injection molded plastic products." At this stage, with its available production capacity it reaches maximum volume of production capacity and operate at 100% loading capacity. For the production of molded products for the main direction, in order to optimize its production processes, after procedures for selection of contractor under the requirements of the Decree №118, will be purchased new high- performanced machine: Molding machine- 1pc. The purchase of this facility is essential for the overall improvement and increase of the production capacity of the enterprise, reducing the marriage, the overall decrease in energy intensity and improve the quality of production.To overcoming the limitations will include two main activities 1.Action to improve production processes 2.Activity of introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Implementation of the activities will have a positive effect on the achievement of the project objectives: increasing production capacity and enhancing the export potential of company.Along with this the company will increase its productivity, increase average revenue generated from exports will increase the efficiency of its production costs, which will lead to an optimal return of the made investment.During the project implementation will be observed all requirements related with project visualization
