Increasing the production capacity through industrial process improvement and enhancing the export potential of H.E.L.A. HIM LTD

During its long-standing market presence, H.E.L.A HIM ltd. has developed a wide range of products for daily use in the households – chemicals, cleaning products, fabric softeners, etc. At present, the packaging used for the company‘s products are delivered by external providers thus, making the company dependent on other counterparts. In line with the best practices and the planned expansion on the Greek and Romanian markets, we envisage a stepwise approach in closing the production cycle and within the framework of the current project proposal we will buy machines for manufacturing of packaging products, equipped with modules for regulating the hose thickness and a system for automatic cutting. Introducing the new machines into the production process will contribute to its optimization, increase the resource efficiency and reduce the production costs. The company will use the project results to boost its competitiveness on the regional and internal EU markets and to strengthen its export potential. In order to popularize the project results and raise the public awareness, a public campaign will be carried out along with publication of the achieved results on the developed during the project implementation webpage.
