“DZHI EN TI TREIDING” LTD. is established in April 2007 in Sofia. Its main activity is manufacture of sweet products and confectionery exploitation. In 2012 the company builds its own production unit and starts manufacturing perishable sweet products (different kinds of cakes, biscuits, chocolate soufflé, éclairs etc.). Currently this is the company priority and main activity. Although its stable development through the years, the company faces some challenges regarding: - Limited production capacity – the company equipment is overloaded and there is no free production capacity needed to satisfy market demand in the country and abroad; - Need to increase the variety of products range – currently the firm doesn’t have the equipment necessary for setting up the production and producing new variety of products in the new production unit; - Need to optimize production processes – high production expenses and cost price, low resource efficiency; To overcome the problems indicated, the present project proposal includes the following eligible activities, which will be executed by buying and exploitation of new equipment and machines for the new production unit: 1. Activity to improve production processes; 2. Activity to increase the variety of company products range; 3. Activity to introduce new technologies for improvement of resource efficiency and effectiveness of production processes. Implementation of these activities will improve the firm’s competitiveness – through introduced new technologies for improving the production process, higher productivity, manufacture of new products, reduction of the production expenses and optimization of the production chain.
