“ATMIX” LTD. is established in 2007 and only for a few years managed to settle down on the market as one of the most dynamic and fast developing companies in the field of concrete production. The production premises provide its clients a service of maximum speed and quality. One of the biggest challenges the company faces is to maintain its market position and further develop according to its demands and dynamics. To fulfill that, “ATMIX” LTD. should overcome its constraints regarding: - Insufficient production capacity – the equipment of the firm can’t secure the capacity needed to satisfy market demand in the country and abroad; - Need to optimize production processes – high production expenses and cost price, low resource efficiency; - Use of old technologies for production – that leads to a lower quality of part of the products manufactured. To overcome the problems indicated the present project proposal includes the following eligible activities: 1/ Activity for improvement of production processes that will be implemented through the purchase of 1 concrete plant and 2 loaders (type 1 and 2); 2/ Activity for introduction of new technologies for improvement the resource effectiveness and efficiency of the production process that will be implemented via the same assets. The implementation of the activities above will enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise through improving market presence, introduction of technologies for improvement of production processes, achieving higher productivity, reduction of production expenses and optimizing production chain. The investment in modern high-technology equipment will grant the company the opportunity to cover and take part in new infrastructure projects with its increased production capacity.
