Increase of the production capacity and enhance of the export potential of "Mirvana" Ltd.

Company "Mirvana" Ltd was established in 1995 as a company producing menswear and womenswear. At this moment the factory is one of the largest in the region of Veliko Tarnovo. Currently, the company specializes mainly in the production of sports bottoms - pants, skirts, coats and jackets that are produced with the existing production equipment. The company has emphasized export focus of production (Over 60% of our revenues are from exports) and works on the principle of "private label" for clients from Germany, France, Spain and Italy. To realize our strategic development plans aimed at expansion of market positions of the internal and external markets, we plan the implementation of this project, including activities to improve production processes, to diversify the range of products and services of the enterprise, activities for integration of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. All activities will be delivered through the purchase and commissioning of selected equipment needed. Selection of the contractor will conduct selection procedure in accordance with the regulations - the rules of Decree 118 / 20.05.2014. Along with that will fulfill mandatory activities of information and publicity. The project is aimed at increasing the production capacity of "Mirvana" Ltd. and enhance of export potential of the enterprise. As a result of its implementation we expect within the 3-year period after completion of the project the following effects in increasing the competitiveness and profitability of the company: - Increasing the productivity of the company to 20.2515%; - Increase the average revenue generated by exports and 25.4249% - Increasing the efficiency of production costs by 19.2563 %.
