Investments to expand capacity of PNG 1962 Ltd

PNG 1962 Ltd. is a successor PANAGYURISHTE 1962 LTD. At this stage, the development of PNG 1962 Ltd. is limited by capacity shortages, due to which limited the possibilities of the company to expand markets, especially foreign. The capacity shortage limits the production of products following the market requirements on composition, design and functionality of the fabric from which they are produced. The objectives of this project proposal are: - Increase the production capacity of PNG Ltd. 1962; - Enhancing the export potential of PNG 1962 LTD. They are fully consistent with the objective of this procedure, namely "enhancing productive capacities and the export potential of Bulgarian SMEs." The provided project activities fall within the following categories of investments: Investments in tangible assets related to the expansion of the capacity of PNG Ltd. 1962, namely: 1) Machine for textile processing 2) Digital printer for direct printing on textiles 3) Multi calender The capacity expansion activities include following categories of activities: 1 / Activities to improve production processes 2 / Activities to add new features or improve existing products and services 3 / Activities to diversify the range of products and services of the enterprises 4 / Activities for implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. This project is consistent with the following horizontal EU policies: 1. Sustainable Development 2. Equality and non-discrimination Effect of the project: - Internal rate of return: 182.8351% - Increase in export revenues: 26.2125% - Increased efficiency: 15.5492% - Increased productivity: 16.0544%
