Investments to increase capacity for growth of "PERFORMA" LTD.

“PERFORMA” Ltd. is operating in "Other various production, not classified elsewhere" specializes in the manufacture of punch forms and advertising print products. “PERFORMA” Ltd. needs to address increased customer demand at the limitation of full production capacity utilization, as well as to improve the quality and competitiveness of products, in order to expand its positions on the international markets. The company is using physically old and outdated equipment, which is not efficient enough and lead to labor intensive production with high energy and material consumption, and unstable parameters of production processes. In order for these needs to be met, the project provides for the purchase of fixed assets, representing a complete new solutions: 1 piece laser cutting and marking machine 1 piece bending steel knives machine and 1 piece digital cutting machine for rubber. The new equipment will increase capacity, improve export capabilities and will ensure precise production parameters, which will enhance resource efficiency and effectiveness in production processes, and will decrease cost of production per unit. The expected results are: improving competitiveness and creating export potential, decreasing production cost and increasing production capacity. The project is directed to the following activities: improvement of production processes as well as introduction of new technologies for enhanced resource efficiency and effectiveness in production process.
