Improve production capacity and enhance the competitiveness of Bulhim LLC.

Bulhim was established in 1994 with 100% private capital. The product structure of Bulhim EAD includes over 600 items castings, semi-finished, fully ready products. As a result from the implementation of an investment project to modernize the production in the period from 2012 to 2013, the company introduced a new modern method of forming a self-hardening mixtures - so called method No bake - Pep set. With the introduction of the new method of molding a system No bake Pep Set demand for products produced by the company increased significantly. And before the company emerges the need for expansion of production capacity by which to satisfy market demand volumes. For the purposes of this project Bulhim will buy and put into operation: Plant for the production of molds with self-hardening mixtures method No bake Ekofur Installation of induction melting of metals Forklift Cranes - 3.2 tons Cock -6 tons The overall objective of this project is: Increasing production capacity and enhance the export potential of Bulhim through the introduction of investments in fixed assets. The main activities are investments in tangible assets related to the expansion of capacity Bulhim. They will meet these identified challenges to the company: Improving the quality of existing products through maximum replacing manual labor with machines and manipulators. Implementation of direct Company exports to EU countries. Expected results: The purchase of the envisaged project investment represents a complete new solution for Bulkh EAD, which achieve the following results: Improve production processes, maximum replacing manual labor with machines and manipulators. Expansion of production capacity - melting metal to 2600 kg. Going international at veveche EU. Diversifying the range of production Improving the quality of production.
