ARTON Ltd. is a company specializing in the production of dies and spare parts for the glass industry. The company headquarters is in town Gabrovo and production base is located in the town Targovishte. Basic production material is iron and the main steps are as follows: Cutting the rod material with band saw Chelosvane and development of base programming lathe Chelosvane and shaping the internal profile of the body with programming lathe Shaping the external profile of the body before welding with programming lathe Welding kolmonoy Developing a basis for engagement with the universal lathe Finalization of the external profile with programming lathe Polishing Cutting square with universal milling machine - Calibration thread - Marking details At present company have reached their peak capacity. The company operates at full load achieved with regularity orders and currently experiencing demand the enlargement of activities, improve resource efficiency and effectiveness for sustainable development. The main activities in this project proposal aimed at purchase and introduction of new high-tech equipment that ARTON to provide technological possibility for expansion, diversification of the range of molds for bottles, thereby achieving the expansion of market positions and win of new ones. Project activities lead directly to achieving the medium and long term development strategy of the company - a constant striving to improve productive capacities and export potential of the company.
