Increase of the production capacity and enhance of the export potential ot Lukeria Ltd

Lukeria Ltd. is a company producing traditional oriental pastries. Implementation of the project will help the company to overcome the problems and constraints to its development through effective management of the main critical points in the manufacturing process and achieving the following results: - Automation of the processes production of halva, a sweet pudding, packaging, etc; - Ensuring continuity in the overall production process; - Reduction of production time per unit of output; - Expanding the range produced; - Reducing the amount of waste, overspending of raw materials, electricity and water. The project will implement the following activities: 1) 1) Activity to improve production processes (It will be executed through the purchase of 11 pcs. assets, as described in the Activity) 2) 2) Activity to diversify the range of products and services to enterprises (It will be executed through the purchase of 8 pcs. assets, as described in the Activity) 3) 3) Activity of introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process (It will be executed through the purchase of 11 pcs. assets, as described in the Activity) The company's management believes that the implementation of project activities, will greatly contribute to achieving the strategic goals of the company: - Increase of production capacity and - Strengthening export potential, which are in line with the investment priority 2.2 "Capacity growth of SMEs": This project contains activities for implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process and also falls into two thematic areas of innovation strategy for smart specialization (ISIS) - Industry for healthy living and biotechnology and mechatronics and clean technologies.
