The project is aimed at addressing several important issues and restrictions: They are: 1) Presence of obsolete technological equipment at key stages of production, making it slow and ineffective. 2) Inefficient use of resources and raw materials 3) Insufficient production capacity to increase production volumes. The target groups of the project are the company management and its staff. The overall objective of the project is to create conditions for increasing the volume of export sales of PRECIZ AL ENERGY Ltd. It will be achieved by implementing the following specific objectives: 1) Improvement of production processes in the enterprise 2) Increasing resource efficiency and effectiveness 3) Increase production capacity The main activities are: - Activity to improve production processes by delivering technologically advanced equipment - Activities for the implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process Expected results: - Upgraded manufacturing processes by installed a new line for powder coating of aluminum profiles and a machining center with 4 axes of control. - Increase the speed of production - Increase production capacity. - Introduced new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process - Increased efficiency in production costs due to the reduction of technological waste. Activities will be settled by delivery of a new line for powder coating of aluminum profiles and machining center with 4 axes of control.
