SOLAR VISION ADVANCE

Company SOLAR VISION was established in 2007 and is principally engaged in services for the installation of machines and equipment for electrical distribution and management with specialisation in renewable energy installations - Solar Vision has built and now manage about 11 MW photovoltaic parks. In 2015 the company started manufacturing activities related to the processing and sale of chemical substances produced by the thermal decomposition and distillation. This project will be fully realised in the production of the company, and will therefore only be considered that direction. The final products result from the production activity are: - Non-condensable pyrolysis gas. - Liquid fraction (pyrolysis oil). - Hard pyrolysis fraction (carbon black). - Metal scrap. Production process falls entirely within the category of "clean technologies" thematic area of "Mechatronics" ISIS - practically the process utilised plastic and rubber waste, RDF, IBM using method of pyrolysis (thermal decomposition) while achieving full utilisation (waste-free technology). The company's focus is to expand its market position and to gain competitive advantages in the market of basic chemicals, mainly pyrolysis oil and carbon, including internationally. In that direction and objectives of this project - to expand production capacity and to increase the export potential of the company in this field of activity. These objectives will be realised through the implementation of activities: 1. Improving production processes. 2. Improving resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Activities will be implemented through the purchase of installation for thermal decomposition and distillation of chemicals. The expected results are to increase the manufacturing capacity of the company, to realize sustainable export, to increase cost efficiency and invested in production resources, to optimize productivity.
